New Members of the PUMP-FLO Family

Over the past quarter, three new manufacturers were added to the PUMP-FLO Catalog Family, Hydroflo Pumps USA, Inc and Pentair Water Australia. Here is a little bit about our newest additions.

Hydroflo Pumps, an American pump manufacturer that specializes in vertical and submersible turbine pumps, has also chosen the PUMP-FLO branded CD for their reps and engineers. While Hydroflo has been using PUMP-FLO for internal pump selection for years, the branded CD allows them to meet their customer demand for an easy to use pump selection program, and at the same time, standard the pump selection process throughout their distribution chain.

Pentair Water Australia, specializing in a range of pumps, pools and filtration solutions for both domestic and commercial applications, and are now available for selection using PUMP-FLO. Pentair Water has chosen to utilize the ePUMP-FLO software solution to make their catalogs available for their customers to quickly select a pump, no matter their location.

The creation of an Electronic PUMP-FLO Catalog, or eCatalog, is a team effort between Engineered Software and the pump manufacturer. If you would like to see a manufacturers' catalog added to our list, please email info@pump-flo.com or call 800-786-8545. Don’t be afraid to ask your pump manufacturer about when they will be available for selection with the PUMP-FLO programs.

A Whole New Website

You may have noticed somethings different.

With the launch of PUMP-FLO Premium and PUMP-FLO Select, we have updated the look and feel of our main website. We felt that, in order to stay current and be more user-friendly, the old website had to change. We have actually combined two websites in to one resource for all of our users.

We know that a change this big can sometimes be tough. That is why, in the next few months we are taking your suggestions and feedback about the new website design. Tell us how you feel about the navigation or the new Pump Resources section, or tell us what you think is missing.

Q. How do I share a pump Selection List in PUMP-FLO Premium? Can I send them to anyone?

A. You can share a PUMP-FLO Premium selection list with anyone who has an email account. Share recipients don’t need a Premium subscription to view the list, but will need to create a user account if they don’t have one. Share recipients who have Premium subscriptions will be able to make changes to lists if you allow them that privilege; share recipients who don't have a Premium subscription will be able to view lists "read only."
